Heath Kesler is an open source software evangelist, developer and architect; he has created Java architectures for large scalable, high transaction load systems. Heath has been a team lead in many project recovery implementations, helping to rescue systems on the verge of collapse. He has been involved with the architecture and implementation of large-scale enterprise systems throughout the world. He conducts trainings on how to use open source frameworks to integrate messaging and services. Heath enjoys pushing the envelop by finding new ways to implement solutions using cutting edge technologies for old and new problems. Heath has spoken at conferences all over the world and was selected as a 2012 JavaOne Rockstar. He is an active contributor to several Apache frameworks and a committer on Karaf. He is co-author of the book “Learning Apache Karaf”."
